You have to cautious selecting this apartment. They cheated lots uclear charges when you move out. They charged us 695$ which are carpet cleaning 150$, floor cleaning 100$, wall scrufs 300$, blind damage 120$ and trashes 50$.
They performed pre-inspection and final inspection. But, they didn't any comment or guide whe pre-inspection. Besides, they just sent invoice without any guide calculation how they charged the amout. Where came from wall scruffs of 300$. There're few stickers can be removed easily.
They didn't still explain us how they calculation method, kept insist to pay.
You have to very cautious they hide a lot whe you move in. You will experience every day out of order elevator problem, iconvinient washer broken frequetly. Moreover, maintenance is so bad.
Anyway, you have to prepare to pay cash when you move out. Parktowne has good money source to charge from farewell customer.
