Great price! even if the Middletown Borough electric rate is higher then all others around, it is well worth it. I can control my own thermostat and bill. Maintenance is good, no complaints there. I am close to the 24Hr Giant and I can hop the bus to school if I need. The office tries to involve the community in things on their face book page, and I feel it's a nice community. My dog loves it but wishes everyone would pick up after their dogs as well. I recommend it to my friends especially since I make money doing so:) I pay my rent online, which makes it easy if I'm out of town (so I am never late!)
Nice place to live and close to a lot of things in Hbg., Hershey & Lancaster area.
