I would recommend the area and current value. I just feel bad about the management team- they don't give an overall impression that they really care about the individual residents.

The rent in the community is high. For the money paid, it is not unreasonable to expect prompt repairs and that the building be kept in clean, sanitary condition. There seems to be ample money for useless improvements like a roof over the office entrance, but basic maintenance and cleanliness in the buildings are neglected. This is totally unacceptable. I should not feel like I am arriving in a third world country when entering the lobby of the building.

The community was very well maintained. The business area and shared areas were very nice. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable about the property.

Cost, noise.

Future residents parking spots were filled with cars. I was the only new resident reviewing the location.

The leasing agent I dealt with was extremely friendly, and the exterior of the building looked very nice. However, the inside of the building all smelled musty. Both empty apartments smelled musty as well. The update apartment did not look good at all, the walls had weird spackle marks, the bathroom tile looked bad and the space felt cramped and dark.

For all of the above reasons and more, I would never recommend this community to anyone- family members or friends.

As a customer, I did not get the feeling that the agent was attempting to lure me in to the "fold". It was a very hum drum presentation. The place was nice. It did need some upgrades, to which the agent did remind me that they were doing repairs to the apartment I would be living in. But I did not get the warm fuzzies when going through this presentation.

Th apartment community was well maintained. The apartment was clean and had nice views. The community was located along a trail.

The location is convenient and will be more so once the mutilation of the bridge and complex entrance are completed. The staff are pleasant and usually very helpful. I'm pleased overall but there are definitely things that need to be addressed and I am frank when I talk to others about Riverview. I'm happy to call this place home and see it as a work in progress.

Poor attitude of the property management, maintenance staff that aren't effective and a property that is declining rapidly. If you don't maintain the property people don't want to live there.

Again, last year it would have been very likely. Not anymore.

since construction started, volume of noise with traffic is horrible. also upstairs noise with neighbor who has kids is frustrating . neither is your fault but it does effect my enjoyment of living here. also, people do not always clean up after thier dogs.
