It's a very quiet complex with great accommodations and excellent rates. Friendly staff is very accommodating.

I enjoy my stay at The Residences at Seven Gables. The staff is always nice and polite. There is very little noise, and the apartment is in very good condition. The proximity to many shops and stores is an added convenience.

The property and grounds were very well maintained. The office was warm and cozy. The club room was very inviting.

I had a pleasant time visiting the community. I thought the property was beautifully maintained, and all of the onsite amenities and the apartments were kept in perfect condition. Their apartments are spacious, and they offer a lot of standard features that can be hard to find in other places. The property is in a quieter part of town away from downtown, but it's still fairly close to the highway so you can easily commute to different parts of the downtown area. There are also lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and larger supermarkets within driving (or even walking) distance of the property, so everyday necessities will be easy to find. The staff here was very friendly, and they worked with me to make sure their apartments would be a perfect fit for me. They were able to answer all my questions and never hesitated to make me feel welcome there. This community would be my first choice if I were looking for a place to live in the area.

The leasing agent did a fine job giving me a tour of the property. We visited the pool area, the business center, the clubroom, and the fitness center. She explained how access could be gained to each area by the residents with a pass code. She took me to see a model apartment on the second floor of Building A. She pointed out features and related the benefits to my want list obtained before we took the tour. I was totally impressed by the beauty of the community and the attention to detail in the maintenance of the buildings and grounds.

I would likely recommend the property to someone else. I liked the apartment I saw and the pricing was very good. I liked the area as well. The agent was a friendly and nice leasing agent. He made a nice impression.
