The community seemed wonderful. There were a few things on the outside of the apartment that needed an update, but I was told they would be painted shortly and updated. The amenities were great. The staff that I met was wonderful, very kind, friendly and welcoming. The fact that the community was so centrally located close to restaurants and stores and within walking distance, definitely made a great selling point for the community.

I would recommend this community. Both the leasing agent's presentation and the property were impressive.

I did like the apartment's layout. I think the pricing was somewhat comparable.

Compared to other apartments in the surrounding areas, this community charges too much for rent. The rates are too high for what is offered. The leasing agent did her job well.

Very nice garden style apartments with a large fitness center.

This community had close proximity to shopping and public transportation. Immediately upon arriving, I noticed how convenient it was and how easy it was to find. The property was beautifully landscaped, had clear signage and an easy to navigate parking lot. I was thoroughly impressed by the staff member's knowledge and ability to explain the community and apartment features to me. I was already picturing myself "at home", when touring the property. Although it was a slightly older property, I could tell it was very well maintained and offered similar features as comparable to other apartment communities.

I liked that the pool and the gym were included and that they had an on-site lifeguard.

The community amenities were nice with the twenty-hour fitness area, grilling area, pool and community lounge. The size of the apartment appeared adequate, but I would have liked to see high end amenities such as stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops for the amount of money charged for rent. The leasing staff appeared helpful and interested in accommodating their resident's needs. Based on my experience, I would recommend the community to my family and friends. It seemed like it would be a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

I found the community very appealing. It was well presented, with great decor and very inviting. The fitness center, grilling area, balconies, clubhouse and pool were very nice for sure. It had an open and welcoming feeling. The staff was excellent and I would be happy to work with the person that showed me the apartment. It was a pleasurable experience. My only negative was all the extra costs, such as all utilities that were not included and the extra charge for garage parking seemed high. Other than that, it would be an excellent place to live.

The community is quiet and very pet friendly. There are several grocery stores, gas stations, and shopping centers near the property. The leasing agent was friendly and pleasant. I would say the rooms are a bit small, along with the laundry units. This is a good place to start if you are looking for a place that will provide you with just comfort.

It is hard for me to judge the amenities because I did not get a tour of them. The apartment was average. I got the impression that the cost comes not from the apartments themselves, but from the community amenities and the location. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant.
