This is a very chic community that sits beautifully on the waterfront in one of the most upcoming neighborhoods. The staff is bright and friendly, and although they are very professional, they have a way of also feeling warm and cozy, so you will instantly feel welcome and right at home.

Waterline was in an IDEAL location! It was close to downtown, but felt nothing like downtown! This community offered every amenity you could want. It would be a wonderful place to call home.

This was a new (parts still under construction) community. The leasing agent was very nice.
