When we found this place last year after moving from out of town and deciding to downsize, we thought we had found home. Palladia is conveniently located to Streets of Tanasbourne, Kaiser, a movie theater and a little bit of forest to walk in. Unfortunately, even though the apartment is spacious with nice storage, the appliances are old and less than efficient. We were required to participate in the "Valet Trash" service, even though the trash area was extremely close. An additional charge for an irritating "service". Sometimes they wouldn't pick up the recycle because there was a slight tear in the bag! So we paid double for a service, that was available only at their discretion. Now our lease is coming up for renewal! An increase of 25%! We are now looking and realizing there are plenty of places priced more reasonably. We avoid places that are managed by the same management group, Holland Properties. When we asked why the crazy increase, they explained that Intel was going to be hiring and they would be able to get more for the apartment! A little cold...

The asistant manager is so rude. Very condescending and not good with people at all. Beware of their poor business practices. It definitely reflects the quality of the apartment homes.
