I have lived at LaSalle for 10 months and had a very good experience overall until I was told that my rent was going to increase by $161 when I went to renew my year lease. That is a 20% increase and my 1 bedroom apartment at roughly 750 sf is not worth that price tag. Add in the carport spaces at $35 a piece because there is no parking after 730pm and the $20 a month fee to have a single pet is simply too much to live here. Sadly, I will not be renewing my lease. This is just a warning to anyone who might be interested in living at LaSalle, be prepared to pay a 20% increase every lease renewal.
