I presently live here. I have been here over a year and I have NEVER had a problem they haven't fixed asap. It's quiet and the neighbors don't bother you. I've never heard or seen any car broken into or tires slshed like other post have said. The office staff is extremely friendly and always listen to you. They work with you as best as they can if you need to make a late rent payment and don't make you feel guilty about it. Maintance people are nice as can be and do a good job. The grounds are well kept and look nice. The office has monthly movie nights and provide drinks and snacks. They also have BBQ's and all kinds of family oriented things to do on holidays. On halloween they had a party with a DJ and everything On Easter they had a big egg hunt. I would recomend these apartments to anyone. If I wasn't buying a house I'd stay here as long as I could. The price is decent, especially for South Tulsa and the apartments have lots of room. A bedroom can fit a king sized bed and still have room for other furniture. The school district is union schools and the elementry school my kids attend id very nice. The apartments are close to a walmart and many other stores and shopping. I love it here. Check it out!!!!
