collapsed ceiling

The ceiling collapsed in November. I reported it November 30. Over 3 weeks later and it has not been fixed. Every time I have asked they tell me they will get right on it

They are loaded with bed bugs I have been to friends house and seen them everywhere. Clean it up or close it down now!!!
