The new management doesn't address issues with tenants at all. They have excuse after excuse and when your neighbors bass rattles the pictures on your wall EVERY SINGLE DAY, and you have asked for it to be addressed, I would think they might care. But not even a little bit. They've also raised the rent, so no longer is this place worth even close to what you pay. The plus side is that the maintenance is done in a timely manner
