I have lived in this apartment complex for 3 years and in all that time I have only spoke with my landlord maybe three times. They are impossible to contact either by calling or email. We have emailed several time about our horrible neighbors downstairs with absolute no answer from the landlord! Also, the maintanenece people are incompetent and very hard to contact as well. I've called during normal business hours at three different times of the day and still no answer. They could care less about your complaints of noise or need of maintenance! They also don't prewarn you when a maintenance person does decide to just enter your apartment! My person almost knocked out the maintenance man because he came in with out us knowing and started doing what ever it is he does! The few things they have tried to fix still are not fixed! Also the caliber of some of my neighbors is questionable. The apartment it's self is ok with two bedrooms and two baths and a large deck. However, they keep raising the rent every year for supposed improvements but I have yet to see them. The area where hey are located is ok with a lot of shopping but that is it. If you like traffic and no sidewalks then this is the place for you! I can't wait to get out of this areas and this place!
