Not worth it anymore.

I would not recommend this apartment to others because of the poor communication with tenants about renovations, etc. This has been the worst part of living here, and I hope that it can be improved in the future.

I would like to personally apologize that we have not met your customer service expectations and that the renovation process and communication process was not as refined as it should have been.

I am happy to be able to say that the fitness center equipment has been ordered and that the replacement televisions will be installed on or before February 17th, 2017, pending a few additional necessary repairs to the common area.

As the new Regional Manager of Fox & Hounds, it is my personal mission to assure that we are working every day to take care of our residents and their needs in a respectful, kind and prompt manner.

Overpriced, no security whatsoever, useless office personnel from the top down. I wouldn't wish this apartment on my enemies let alone someone I like

As the new Regional Property Manager with APM Management, I would like to apologize that our team has not been successful at meeting your customer service expectations.

While I understand that you have already made the decision and found alternate housing for the end of your lease term with Fox and Hounds, I would still like to resolve your open concerns and hopefully make the remainder of your time with us a positive experience.

The look inside the apartment is beautiful and you can make it your home. But the noise, smell, lack of change makes me say no.

My car was broken into the second week there and my neighbors are scary/ loud. They sometimes argue and lock each other out at 3am.

I'm so sorry to hear that your car was broken in to and would like to discuss this occurrence in more detail with you to assure that the proper steps were taken at property level to address the matter as well as address the ongoing concern of your neighbor so that we may actively address this matter.

Too expensive

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey and sharing your concerns.

We value our residents and strive for continual improvement and therefore value your feedback. 

I sincerely apologize that we have not met your customer service expectations and would like to resolve this situation to the best of out abilities. 

We apologize that the fitness center has not been available 24 hours and limited to the 5:AM - 11:30PM schedule and promise that we are working to rectify this over the next week. I'm also happy to announce that the fitness equipment has been ordered and the replacement televisions will be replaced on or before the 17th. We will continue to update the residents as to when the new equipment will be installed.

On a separate note, we did send out an email blast to all of our residents in regards to the change in hours and noted that we would update as the necessary alarm and camera services were completed and the fitness center was returned to its 24 hours availability, I would like to have out team reach out and confirm that we have the proper e-mail address for you.

Myself or one of our new Customer Service Ambassadors will be reaching out to you this week to obtain updated detailed information address any other possible concerns that you may have.

I don't feel like I matter (probably because I'm not paying the same rent as someone who would have rented since the renovation) but that doesn't matter. If they didn't want to care they shouldn't have rented to me at this rate. Also the apartments (at least ours and another friend in the complex) have not truest been improved since the renovation. The apartment was actually more functional before.

I would never recommend this community to anyone. The front office communication is terrible, the maintenance is non existent, the amenities are unusable due to being close constantly and APM feels they are entitled to enter our apartment whenever they want with no notice.
