This property has many amenities and decent rates, so it seems nice at first. However, many things stop working and maintenance comes time and time again only to tell you there is nothing they can do. The grounds are covered in dog poop. The amenities they offer such as the tanning bed and gym are low quality. The tanning bed is short, old and doesn't work. The gym has one of each weighted dumbbell. Makes it hard to do arm workouts. One of the pools is nice and well-kept. The other is tiny and full of leaves. When your lease end approaches they constantlyrics call asking what your plans are, talking about raising rates and how it will keep increasing the longer you wait to make a decision. One day they told us we would have a $100 increase. The very next day they told us it would be $200 if we didn't make a decision withing the next 3 days. Extortion. Stay far away.
