This place looks great from afar until you move in. Amenities inclued a gym and fitness room, they are both non existant. The walls and floors are paper thin, you can hear your neighbor snoring upstairs for example. They could not have made these apartments any cheaper. You can see screws coming through the walls, very cheap carpets, caulking that was never finished and the list goes on. Oh and if you plan on moving in here I hope you like geese because they are everywhere and theres geese droppings all over the grass, road, sidewalks. This is not "luxury" living.
