I would give them less than a star if I could. I've lived here for several years now, and can tolerate the horrible roads (and they are absolutely horrible), the apathetic maintenance, the paper-thin walls, barely-functional appliances, stone-aged plumbing, yearly rent increases, and the complete lack of any attempt to upkeep the property. However, the staff is ABOMINABLE. Any complaints or problems taken to them are completely ignored. My children were being physically bullied on property by an older child, and all the office would even consider is sending a letter to the child's guardian. We were threatened with fines for allowing our children to use chalk on the sidewalk/driveway areas. If you try and actually get any problems with the apartment fixed, they will push back as much as they can, usually blaming YOU for the problem. We recently had our car towed for 'snow removal purposes' without any attempt at all to contact us to move it. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Run far, far away.
