The community was spotless and the main office/community building and areas were well maintained. The fitness room had the latest equipment. The representative who gave me a tour of the apartments was enthusiastic, polite and thorough. The apartments I viewed were clean and well maintained. The landscaping was beautiful.

I would absolutely move in. I enjoyed the apartments and also the location of the community. I loved the washer/dryers in each apartment and enjoyed looking at the wooded views.

Very cozy, have an attached garage for good parking and storage. Pet friendly, lawn maintenance is done weekly to maintain first class appearance of community. Friendly staff.

My family and friends would love to live in this apartment community. The modern detail is top-notch, and the new updated cabinets and counter tops are beautiful. The community has everything one would need to feel right at home including a pool, fitness center, garage, and a washer/dryer. The leasing professional was very friendly and informative.

The leasing professional was personable, pleasant, enthusiastic, and polite. The community appeared to be extremely crowded and busy, but people seemed happy and amiable. The benefit of having an attached garage was wonderful, along with the full size washer/dryer. The location was great with the park-like setting and walking trails. The community was clearly pet-friendly which was nice to see. The leasing professional made no mention of the property management company but was very positive about the property itself.
Nice, but overpriced.
If someone asked what it's like to live here I would say that the amenities are nice and the apartment looks nice. However, upkeep is costly and for what you pay for a one bedroom apartment you would be better off just putting that kind of money toward a house. Also, plumbing is not that great considering we pay for water and sewage.

The agent was very pleasant to talk to and did a good job at explaining what was included in the rent. I did view a floor plan that was in 3D, so I could get an understanding of how the apartment was set-up. The agent that gave the apartment tours was with another client and could not show me an apartment. The amenities did sound good, but I did not get to see them. The place is located conveniently close to many things in the area.

The apartments were a decent size and were very nice. The price was a bit steep for the size you were getting. The outsides of the buildings were very well kept and maintained.
Terrible
Terrible experience. Went in and looked at the property. Told me they would contact me in a couple of days. I called three days later, no response. Two weeks later still no response. Found another place since they did not get back to me. They took and cashed my deposit anyway saying that once I signed the application I had two days to cancel my application. Which really doesn't make much sense considering they would not get back with me. Stay away. Looking back glad I did not take it though. Way overpriced. Also ignore the pricing on the website, once you get there it's completely different and not in a good way.

The leasing agent was very pleasant to deal with. She was friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and truly enjoyed dealing with people. The property itself was clean, well maintained and well managed. The garages for each individual apartment had access from the apartment and were a great plus. There was at the door trash pick up and a full size washer/dryer. To me the apartment community had more of a town home feel than an apartment community, when viewed from the outside. The apartments were spacious.
