Moved in last week - if you have a dog this is the place for you! Nowhere in St George Utah will take them and moved to Mesquite because of Summerwind. Beautiful dog park and dog friendly. Now for the rest of it:-) The renovated units are great - all new appliances and floors. The 3 bedroom 2 bath is perfect - each room has a walk-in closet and will fit a large queen and dresser. The bathrooms actually have larger tubs which is great if you like to relax in the tub have new fixtures which are really nice. They are air conditioned and the darker carpeting goes really well with the new darker flooring in the kitchen and dining room. The grounds are quite beautiful all the very green grass and care taken to make it pleasant. A comparable unit in the Seattle area would be at least 2.5 times the price - so it is an amazing deal. As for the staff they are all amazing especially Lupe and Eric - wonderful customer service - everything in the other reviews about Eric is true. If you want fast internet go to Baja - the other providers have very low speeds and are way overpriced. I did try 6 different times with 4 different sizes to upload pics - apparently this site has a few problems with adding photos:-(

We rented here just a few weeks ago I am very surprised at how kind the staff are and how helpful the staff are. The grounds are cared for and things are repaired fairly quickly. The staff are the reason I chose this place from the managers to the maintenance people they do their jobs well and with the most personable skills I've ever seen. I would definitely recommend this place.
