I believe in running any project when it comes to apartments or leases rigidly. But I dont believe in senseless rigidity. I believe it to be senseless rigidity that we cannot smoke on our patio. Or to smoke prescribe marijuana as I am a cancer patient. Consequently I believe it to be senseless rigidity. It does nobody any good!
