Finally management is acting.. although the common areas still seem to be abused by residents and guests it is getting better. Walking around the complex would be helpful.. The stairwell and common areas are filthy.

The apartment complex are maintained well,neighbors/other tenants are respectful and nice, staff are great and nice, service requests handled expeditiously.

There several corporate decisions that have been made in a vacuum and without a lot of in put from people who live there.

Overall, we really love the community, the location and the staff.

It is a great community and I feel safe living there.

It’s conflicting. I love the place and the staff. However, the entertainment package bothers me. I only use the WiFi. I feel like I’m forced to waste money every month.

Having the stairs in all of the units power washed would be greatly appreciated.

Rent is too high. Also the 'type" of residents starting to move in are making Elysian not as upscale.

I love the interior of the apartments. They are new, modern with high-end appliances and fixtures, have an in-unit washer/dryer, large windows for natural light, etc. Additionally, common areas are maintained very well and staff/neighbors are generally friendly. The gym is a great space, the complex hosts several community events, and I like how Elysian promotes healthy living. Finally, the location is unrivaled!

Good for singles and couples without pets. Pet are is dirty. Community is not as safe as presented. Gates are kept open and promised entrance gate has never been installed. No cameras. Weights in gym gone missing ...

the common areas are not clean, pools are full of leaves

All of my friends have their own homes.

Only downfall as usual with an apartment is noisy neighbors upstairs
