This is a beautiful, well maintained community. They have a lot to offer.

The staff on-site was very kind and personable. While calling though, it seemed very difficult to speak to someone, and the staff took a while to return phone calls. I would have appreciated a quicker response time. The community is well kept with many amenities with a gorgeous and well maintained grounds.

This community was well kept and the grounds were beautiful. The dual staircase that led to the leasing office was stunning and really impressed me. The leasing agents were friendly and helpful, as they should be. The clubhouse was nice as well. I appreciated the features that I saw there. The model was very nice, but I would have liked to have seen hardwood flooring throughout the apartments. Overall, I think this would be a great place to live.

Driving through the community, it looked well manicured and clean. The community was so close to shopping. The apartment had all the features I desired. It seemed worth the price.

I confidently say to all individuals who are in the midst of seeking a quiet and calm environment in which to play, work, and relax in, then you have come to the right place.

My perception of this property is that it had a very elegant and rich atmosphere. This is a property that can sell itself if needed. The decor was very nice and appealing in the clubhouse. It smelled very nice and inviting. For a community to have 19 different floor plans, lets me know how competitive they are with the surrounding communities.

This is a new and up-scale community, with all the latest amenities. There are a lot of shopping and restaurants right around the corner. The apartments are roomy, with plenty of big windows. The the available underground parking is very convenient.

The staff was friendly. I liked the amenities and most definitely the living space. The pool and outside amenities were very good. A play area for dogs is in the budget for next year. The kitchen was somewhat disappointing, but I could make it work. They should upgrade the appliances. I thought they were not appropriate for luxury apartment living. Living in the Town Center with the shopping and restaurants integrated with the apartment homes, was appealing.

I left with a good understanding of what the community offered. The associate took her time and made me feel welcomed. She explained everything I needed to know.

Walking up to the office you could see that they take pride in the community appearance. The leasing office and community room were inviting. It felt like everyone knew each other and it would be an enjoyable place to live. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and ready to answer any questions or help with any needs.

The leasing agent was very friendly and genuinely concerned with resident, needs. The amenities were very nice. I loved the fitness center, the lounge and the additional option to lease a storage room and garage. The closet and bathroom space is worth a mention, and I was very pleased to see full size washers and dryers in the apartments. Great area and landscaping was very nice.

This community was really beautiful to view. My only wish is that it had a bigger swimming pool. The apartments themselves were large and grand and the prices were decent as well.
