A family community that is a joy to live in, the managemnt is outstanding as are the doorman and all the maintanane staff.

I liked the property, but the train passes too frequently for my liking.

I walked into the building and instantly felt like I was at home. The decorations and feel of the common spaces was very warm and welcoming. I absolutely loved how there was tea and coffee available at any time for residents. My leasing professional was exceptional. I felt like my needs were listened to and I could absolutely see myself living in and loving the apartments that she showed me. The entire energy of the apartment complex was comforting and warm, but also vibrant and dynamic. I could tell that the community was special and that I could get to know my neighbors easily. This is absolutely a luxury building with reasonable rates, and I feel like as a renter, I would get my money's worth living in this community.

The courtyard was impressive, as was the two bedroom apartment I viewed. I was, however, very disappointed in the fitness facilities. They were two small rooms located in the two garage areas that looked like afterthoughts. One was a weight room and the other a cardio center, each in completely separate buildings. I probably would recommend the property for someone who already lives in Hoboken or has to relocate. I felt the price was a little high, considering the amenities and garage fees and heat/hot water not being included. Hoboken is not somewhere I would choose to live, although it is close and convenient to get into Manhattan. On a positive note, the leasing professional was very pleasant, accommodating and thorough in her presentation. She showed and explained everything very well.

I felt well-cared for by both the leasing agent and the concierge. Both seemed genuinely interested in making my visit comfortable.

I was very pleased with the visit, tour and interaction with Audrey. After the initial discussion, I felt as though she had a clear understanding of my lifestyle and expectations in luxury living space for entertaining and also for quality of life and commuting to New York City for work. She really connected with me, and I was very impressed with her professionalism, poise and sales ability.

The property is nice and well kept. The immediate area has no shops or shopping so you would need to walk several blocks to get something to eat. I was thrown off by the additional cost of parking.

Overall, the community was impeccable. The amenities were modern and up to date, and the building itself has so many unique characteristics.

The apartment community is located in a very good area. There are plenty of shops, entertainment, and nice restaurants nearby. The amenities were nice. The grounds were exceptional. There was a nice welcoming feel to the property.
