This place has a lot going for it. Since the 2010 garage collapse and the new management, things have improved. The building must be the safest one in New Jersey now, and having a nice manager like Melanie makes all the difference in the world. I go into the city for meetings quite frequently, an the proximity to NYC is great. We have underground assigned parking, a pool, a workout room, and 24-7 security. My side of the building overlooks the Manhattan skyline. We're also close to everything -- shopping, major highways, and a world-class hospital down the street. All that is really great. The only "con" is that some people, like everywhere, are inconsiderate toward their neighbors and it can be freakin' loud.

I would for its location and in-unit washer/dryer. I would not for the lack of family friendly atmosphere and amenities.

I really was very disappointed in the lack of elevator service when I moved in. Also the washer and dryers are much smaller and less efficient. Dryer does not dry as well as I would like MY HEATING BILL IS THROUGH THE roof. The system is worse than I could have expected. I had a home which was much larger and the heating bill was less. I moved here to save money on services not pay more. THE ELECTRIC BILL is outrageous. I can not even imagine the summer A/C

Also Water pressure in the building is soo low in the shower. It is not what a luxury building should be.My shower feels like a trickle. Wish I knew before.

The community is great. The apartment is great. The heating and cooling methods of the apartment is unacceptable.Not only is it super expensive, it is absolutely the noisiest I have ever heard. In good conscience, I cant reccommend this building as long as the heating and cooling systems remain the same.

They are very rude in the leasing office. And I am very unsatisfied with my lease beng switched around in the office.

Other buildings in the same price range are modernizing their buildings and seem to care more personally about their residents. One size does not fit all.

The rental prices are EXTREMELY HIGH. And thats the biggest "turn-off" about living here.

The staff are the number one reason I would recommend this community. The amenities and location are second. The cleanliness of the apartment and complex is third.

I would recommend this community because its convenient, safe and overall a really nice place to live.

Since new owners took over the property has gone downhill-the hallway carpets are not kept clean & the outside doesnt look as clean or nice. The new package system is not convenient-the doormen are not always available & the package room is too small & disorganized--my balcony & patio have not been cleaned since last year & the shingles & floor are filthy from all of the storms we had.

Rents may eventually go too high and I have fears about this for myself.

I would recommend Prospect Towers because of the amenities, the pet policy and the apartments (especially mine which is a loft) are very nice. The staff do a great job keeping the grounds clean and tidy.
