pet friendly is not how we felt

we chose to live in what looked beautiful but what IS shotty craftsmanship. Carpets were not stretched properly my feet would get stuck with those nail boards, doors wouldn't stay open because they were not hung properly. Appliances look pretty but were bottom of the barrel, we had issues with the fridge almost immediately. the wood floors were fake and quickly started to look terrible. you could hear the tenants in their bathrooms from your bathroom! Multiple notices about not being allowed to keep anything on the balconies, including chairs! We received many calls that the dog was barking.... I would return home to find my dog asleep and children running through the building like mad! So Im sure my dog barked at all the noise in the hall as if someone were going to come in. That's what dogs do! I didn't get back my security either!!!!! The leasing folks have changed multiple times as has the building manager. Not friendly or courteous at all. The new leases were for even more money and there are no amenities other than a pool table and a small gym. Other area apartments are less money and have pools, tennis courts and lots of storage!
I agree with the above comment. At first its nice when you go look at it but living there is a different story. Not worth the money they are asking. Hallways smell from the different style of people's cooking, kids are noisy, never enough parking at night. Kids make alot of noise especially early mornings on the weekend. You hear the tenants above you walking, when they flush there toilette you hear the water. Our doors shake because of the tennants above us (sounds like stomping).
Everything that was described in above is 100% true. To add to the comment, the smells in the hallways from all the different ethnic cooking clashing can make anyone sick. The apartments are nice to look at but not to live. The management are just rude and not helpful. Would not recommend anyone to live here. Cant wait to move out.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

I found these apartments absolutely beautiful. I love the fact the two bedrooms were such a good price and so well decorated. The model apartment was a huge selling point as was the leasing professional's presentation.

The community was flawless, and it had the amenities that anyone would want. They even have an area to unwind with a pool table. The location is good because it is near major highways and not too far from shopping. The leasing professional was very robotic and impersonal. She definitely did not connect with me. I would feel unsure as to whether or not she would do everything she could for me if I was a resident there.

This was a nice apartment with beautiful finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. The common areas were clean and inviting. The amenities offered were nice but what I would have expected. However, with no pool for the summer and a considerable monthly rent, I feel I could get a better bang for my buck.

The lack of two important amenities, a pool and tennis courts, was disappointing. However, the building, grounds, apartment size and quality of features was impressive. The location on Route 202/206 and close to Routes 22, 287, 78 is ideal for business men and their families for work, business, entertainment, shopping, restaurants, banking and long distance travel.
