Imagine waking up one morning and finding your brand new car is missing from your apartment parking lot, calling the police to report it stolen, only to find out it was towed by the towing company that your apartment hires to come do this stuff. If you live at hilltop this is a good possibility. I had the car for less than a week and hadn't had the chance to obtain a parking permit due to the fact that I work odd hours. When I approached management about this issue they were unwilling to work with the towing company  to try to get the fees ($125) dropped. They were very unprofessional in handling the situation, and discussed the issue right in the lobby of the main office for all other tenants in there to hear and completely ignored the fact that I was very upset over this situation. Aside from that, the buildings are very old and it shows.  Repairs are done in the quickest and cheapest way possible, so it's no wonder they have issues with water leaks, fires etc. Definitly would not recommend this place.
