Nickle and Dime!
Rent keeps going up... quality keeps going down. They don't do anything. Smokers. Dog poo... etc...
Poorly built buildings. Poor customer service.
High price for such lack of service. Just a very poor place to live. Yes we will do that... and then never do it.
