Good features, but grounds could use some work.
The staff at Old Mill Apartments are very nice and considerate of their tenants. Maintenance is always available to fix problems in your apartment in a timely manner. Even though the buildings are older and the yards could use some work, people stay because they way they are treated by staff, and the pricing of the apartments.
