Whatever you do, do NOT rent from Clear Run. I have had more problems than I can count living here: toilets stop working about every 3 weeks and we have to get a maintenance worker to come in all the time, they charges us $50 to have a pet fish (I'm not kidding, it was in a little gallon-sized fish tank), we are extremely clean people and still get roaches in our apartment all the time, and the office staff is ridiculous. Most of the office staff is just college kids who don't really care about their jobs, so when I call with questions, they say they'll "get back to me tomorrow" and never do. Plus, the head manager is just...awful. So rude I don't know how she still has a job here. She just cuts you off mid-sentence when you're voicing a concern to make excuses. It's been a truly awful experience
