I've lived here for several months and I hate it so much. I've never lived in a worse place. It's almost all students and my new upstairs neighbors think it's cool to walk around and make noise all night long... like sunset to sunrise, which means no sleep. Management doesn't care about complaints. People drive too fast in the lot, the parking isn't good, people drink beer while standing in the pool and I've even seen people smoking in the pool using the deck right next to the pool as an ashtray. Maintenance is good and they are fairly quick.
