GARAGE'S BELOW APARTMENT

I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO RENT AN APARTMENT HERE THAT HAS GARAGES BELOW THEM. THEIR IS NO PEACE AND QUIET HEAR. THE GARAGES ARE THE RESIDENCE FRONT DOOR. ALL DAY LONG THE GARAGES ARE GOING UP AND DOWN AND YOU HEAR THE NOISE FROM THAT. PLUS THE CLOSING AND SLAMMING OF CAR DOOR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TYPE OF APARTMENT TO NO ONE. VERY NOISY.
