Overall, given the housing market in our county I feel as though the Maqrquis is an excellent bargain. The staff are very understanding and accommodating to which we feel like our concerns are respected.

Marquis is a gorgeous apartment complexes with excellent ammenities and is close to super markets, restaurants, etc.

The community was very clean and well maintained. I saw several maintenance persons working outside and everyone appeared to be happy. I saw a nice mix of vehicles showing a diverse community. The leasing professional was very helpful and informative. I would like to live here and would recommend this community to others.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to take the survey to alert or advise us of great things we do or improvements to make. Without that we wouldn't be able to make this a great place to call home for you and other valued residents.

I would recommend this community to family/friends who are looking for a place in Mooresville as the Marquis is very quiet, has a lot of nice people and is in a great area. The ladies in the office are also very helpful and understanding.

Overall a very nice complex and ideal location.

The amenities at the community were average looking, but well-maintained. They offered a 24-hour fitness center, which I would definitely use. The rental rate was quite reasonable based on the value received. I was happy to learn a washer-dryer set was included in the modern looking apartment. There was enough space inside the home for one person to fit comfortably. The leasing agent made me feel appreciated as a potential resident and was quite conversational. I would recommend the community to others based on the experience.
