I love the community and the apartments, however I feel like the upkeep of the apartments has went downhill. I’ve lived at briley for 3 years now but in the last few months the grounds have not been kept up (landscaping, pest control, litter/trash outside).

The lady who showed me my apartment told me a lot of things about the apartment that wasn’t true so I would sign a lease
It’s not a terrible place to live by any means but somethings don’t meet up

I would, but it’s expensive. I know you can’t control the residents but it’s really annoying the neighbors smoking pit and that odor being in the hallway….I realize you try but it’s obnoxious

The complex is not as clean as it used to be, my neighbors are not used to apartment dwelling by the noise level they maintain and the smell of marijuana is concerning.
