This student community was neat, clean, and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The thing I liked the most is having the washer/dryer inside the apartment unit. It is priced fairly. I would definitely recommend this community to other parents wanting a nice space for their students.

The apartment was straightforward and clean. The layout was functional, and the closets were a nice size. There were no real amenities in the community, but it seemed as though the apartment would serve a need for campus housing. I liked the alarm system in the unit for an extra sense of security.

I thought the space for a college student was ideal. It was set up as a roommate style and was a step up from dorm life. Updates could definitely be made, but it was adequate. I liked that the utilities were included in the rent.
