I am a middle-aged professional who lives in a two bedroom at Woodstream and absolutely love this community in a way that I never have loved any other place I’ve rented from before. I move often for work (military) and for two decades I have rented from many communities all over the country. None have come anything close to the experience I’ve had with Woodstream.
To start, although the property is not brand new, it is so well maintained you’d never realize it wasn’t built within the last few years. I love the townhome-style layout with the loft bedroom and my place is cozy and very well lit by the sun. I pay a great price for a lot of space (including interior and exterior storage). My utility bill is extraordinarily small as well for pretty much the entire year round.
Regarding the service team, I have made a couple of calls to have a very minor plumbing and a closet door repair made since I moved in and within minutes of calling, I received email notification that the work was complete. The service team is on it; they are adept and I have never waited long to have anything completed and there has never been a need to call again for the same issue.
The office team is extraordinarily polite, professional and they tackle every request or need with a genuine sense of urgency. I sincerely look forward to the opportunities to go in and interact with the staff. The culture they’ve created is much more than the typical community/resident relationship. To put it simply: I feel taken care of in a way I have never before experienced. I suspect that the culture they maintain is also evident in the satisfaction and amicability of my neighbors. I have never had a problem with any of the other denizens of Woodstream and I attribute this to the example of courtesy set by the property staff.
I have one simple anecdote that I feel profoundly captures my experience. Today, I expressed dissatisfaction with my stove (it works, but not optimally and is the only thing on my wish list), and the manager and team instantly jumped into action to address the deficiency. Where other communities have dismissed seemingly trivial things in the past, my requests always becomes a priority. They cannot stand to hear that there is any way that I am not completely satisfied. This is a group of people who genuinely care for their residents.
Due to the exemplary treatment I’ve received from the Woodstream staff, I didn’t even hesitate to sign another lease when presented the opportunity. I will not even consider another property because I am thoroughly happy with what I have here. I am extraordinarily comfortable and feel very safe in my community and have never heard otherwise uttered from others that live here. I offer my sincerest gratitude to the Woodstream staff for everything they’ve done for me.
