Two faced workers. Fire people on a weekly basis, hire new help, that have now idea what's going. The people they "let go" are the people who have all you paper work, information, ect, and or you spoke to them about something important. When time comes, new people don't hold true for what the original people said. Absolute nightmare. I had to call and speak with the regional manager for the Place Properties. Property Manager here, rude, and strait called me a liar, to my face. Believe me I'm a very soft spoken person, and was not out of line by any means. Maybe having a bad day, who knows, but I thought the customer was always right. Terrible way to treat a now retired military vet. My wife and I where together, the day of filling out the application, and when we did all the paper work. 8 months after living here, they contacted me saying she needed to be put on the lease, if she was going to be living there. Hello!! We moved in together. They then proceeded to harass her, telling her she had criminal activity on her record. Need a court ruling and all kinds of stuff. Turn out it wasn't even a traffic ticket, it was in our town they have random check points, where they check ID's, and my wife handed it to the cop, and said I don't live at this address anymore, and he made her go change it. "Criminal Activity"?? Mind you my wife while dealing with all this is 9 months pregnant. I could go on and on believe me.

Management is Rude, residents are inconsiderate.
Residents blast music from 7pm till 6am with zero reprocussions. Husband and I have called police 3 times a night to come put an end but the parties don't stop for the police. We personally asked them to stop and they don't. The management does nothing to get them to stop at a specific time.
There are brown and black widows everywhere and no pest control.
Maintenance has no idea what they are doing.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
If you are smart, steer clear of Independence place @ Fort Bragg.
