I've lived here for almost five years. This place is affordable, the people are friendly, the ammenities are really nice and it's in a good part of town. Over my five years I've had my share of maintenance issues and they usually get addressed very quickly. The office staff has turned over alot except for one lady, Nicole - she has been there the whole time. Nicole and all the people that have come and gone have all been very helpful, courteous, professional and willing to go the extra mile. Our pool is awesome. Once in a while we'll get rotten neighbors, but that can't be helped. Overall, this is a really nice place and I won't leave until I buy my own home.
