The community curb appeal was what I expected to find in this area, and was quite pleasant. Overall, the entire experience was pleasant. The only thing that was a turn off to me was the hotel type reception area and being asked if I was expected by the agent. It definitely took away from the relaxed, warm and fuzzy feeling that had been generated on the telephone.

I would not rent an apartment in those conditions. There were marks on the wall, live bugs and peeling paint in the apartment. The closet was nice and there was a nice storage area all around. They could move the washer/dryer out of bedroom.
