It has been nice. The staff is helpful. Very friendly. The apartment is roomy. More room than I need. I would like to find another one at a lower rate in the community. I've come to realize I like it here. Other than the cost, I really enjoy living here.

Sent to collection after a week over Easter!!!

sent me to collection after only 10 days over the Easter holiday!!! made arrangements to pay the $2500 move-out-early penalty in 3 installments. first payment made no problem. 2nd installment due around Easter. when i was out of town i tried to pay online as usual but couldn't get in because they revamped their site and it didn't let me in to pay. came back to town 10 days later and immediately asked how i should pay and they said i was already sent to collection! unbelievable. i have never been late on ANY payment in the last 5 years and these guys send me to collection after 10 days only! ridiculous. and by the way, walls/ceiling are paper thin and you hear all your neighbors walking and talking in their units. we had kids constantly jumping above us and it was unbearable!! look elsewhere, your credit can suffer!

Displeased

Thankfully I had a short-term lease here. When we first moved into our apartment, I realized it had not been cleaned AT ALL. My son sneezed & had itchy eyes almost immediately upon entering the apartment. (I vacuumed up dog hair, rusty safety pins, bugs, etc. & the filth filled my vacuum container. The bathrooms were disgusting -- hair & soap residue still in the showers.) I took photos & sent them to management and they claimed they were testing out a new cleaner and they could schedule to have our apartment "recleaned" the following week (seven days after moving in). By that time, I had already deep-cleaned the apartment myself, which was exhausting after a cross-country move. They offered an apology but no compensation.

At one point, a water main busted and the entire complex was without water for a night. No email was sent to notify us & when I called maintenance, the telephone operator was rude (probably because she was getting a ton of calls about the issue). We still paid the full water bill even though we had to go out to buy water to drink & cook with & we couldn't take showers that evening. Again, they offered an apology but no compensation.

We had packages delivered multiple times that management signed for (because the delivery man didn't come to our door to see if we were home). We were never notified about these packages & had to go over to management in hopes that they were left there. When I asked why we weren't notified, management said that it's not their responsibility to notify us, it's the delivery company's responsibility. However, SHE signed for MY package -- isn't she then taking on the responsibility?

This community is for younger dog lovers, not for families with small children. The dog owners in this complex do not clean up after their pets, which pooped right next to our porch. When I confronted two pet owners who let this happen, they refused to clean it up stating that the poop I pointed out was not their pet's mess. Management doesn't clean it up, but they encourage residents to report these pet owners. How? By description? Ask them their names & say "oh, I'm going to report you!" Please...

Air filters are supposed to be changed every 90 days & ours never once was changed. I opened the closet where the filtration system is located & it was laden with dust.

You'll receive bills via email & in your postal mailbox. The numbers never match up as they're sent through different programs. The website is not user-friendly ... you have to pay utilities two months retroactive but you pay rent one month in advance. When you get a final ring-up at total, you'll find yourself confused, and they'll talk circles around you then take all of your security deposit.
