I'm not sure what the reviewers on other sites were thinking before they moved into the fountains, but obviously the complex is still under construction. We knew that there was still another entire building to be finished once ours was completed! How could you expect no more construction? Also if you moved in during early June, you were probably on the higher floors because they started sllowing people on the 4th floor move in 1st and then let the lower floors move in as they were ready.

There ARE common areas. the lynx lounge with 2 seating areas and 2 brand new Mac desktops (with a printer), and there's the common area off of the pool with a kitchen, 2 seating areas, and a pool table.. Also there are 2 seating areas outside of the leasing office. Those are the indoor common area. Outside, there is a great amount of seating as well.

Outside there are 2 grills, a ping pong table, large pool, a hot tub (rare for apartment complexes) and two cabanas, which I really like. The pool is now open too.

As far as the comment about "hiring an attorney"- that's insane!!! We are paying a lower rate right now!! It's guaranteed to increase (at least by 20% I believe) by the end of your lease. That's why we signed a 15 mo. Lease.

Stop complaining about ridiculous things. Of course everything won't be completely perfect immediately. That's the downside of moving into an apartment complex that's STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. No one hide that fact! Rant over.
