Have been living here since August. Good close location to Uptown. I feel it is a bit over priced overall. Biggest complaint is that people dont respect the building and it has as times become a dirty place. From Thursday through Sunday it feels like a college Frat house. Many disrespectful tenants partying and very loud, especially around the pool. Also many of the pets owners never pick up after their pets even though there are bags and cans on the property. Just doesnt feel like a "luxury apartemt" as advertised.
