Rent for what we get doesn’t make sense. There are more and more apartments that have more for less, especially the 2 bedrooms.

love the location, amenities and the Peloton is a huge perk

Great apartment complex, but I would definitely warn them about the price.

Too Expensive

I don’t think it’s the apartments place to tell their tenants that they are required to wear a mask in the building they are paying you to stay in. Simply state that you are not liable for any transfer of covid and are encouraged but not required to wear a mask because it’s truly not your place to do so

I love bradham other than the animals that live there that leave the space dirty and are often very loud

I would recommend as I love my apartment. The Bradham is clean, and the staff (leasing and maintenance) are very professional and friendly.

Love it. The negative is that the walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors, plus the occasional apartment party that lasts until 2am. But these go hand-in-hand with apartment living

Have had a pleasant stay here. Pricing of apartments is very high but I understand it is competitive with other Southend locations. One very specific suggestion I have that I have tried to submit in other Bradham messaging portals before with no response is that a key fob scanner be added to the stair entrance that sits on the corner of New Bern Street and South Blvd. It is very annoying to have to continually use the elevators to go upstairs when I would prefer the staircase. Because no key fob scanner is there you can’t use that entrance to get back into the building.

The pool restrictions are insane given it opened months later than anticipated
