If zero stars was an option this complex would definitely be deserving of it. The "upgraded" appliances are very out dated as are the cabinets in this "luxury" complex. For what we pay you'd think this was a five star resort. The pool is under construction and the office staff has said they believe it will open some time in June. In addition to this the list a jacuzzi as being available to residents but the problem with this is that the hot tub hasn't worked in over three years and as of today we were told that it will be filled in to allow for a larger grill. Thismis the only complex in Cary without an operational pool on Memorial weekend. This is just where the problems start and honestly anyone thinking about giving them their money should just reconsider.

I have been living here at Westover Hills the new (Cary Reserve at Weston) for five years now. The old staff to me, where more pleasant and would work with you. Rent has increased immensley this year and I know apartment living rent never go down but increases every year, it has doubled this year. So it's time for me to move into a house. I believe because of the new high rise down the street, this management needs to stay competitive. The staff is very unfriendly. On your day off you can't rest, there is always noise. I can't believe these are what you call luxury apartments, i would call grantic or stone counter tops and stainless steel appliances are partial luxury. Not this sealed stained plastic counter top and the cheap white appliances.
