Rent way too high for the size of the apartments. The management staff is condescending and rudely unprofessional. Don't fill out an application unless you ask what the rent to ratio is...that was my mistake and did not realize this is the only apartment complex I've encountered that requires 6x's your net income. I mean, really! I believe things happen for a reason and the reason being after one year you're going to read more poor reviews about this place. Nicer apartments in the area with great amenities in which you don't feel like the poor kid at the country club with this staff.

I recently toured the property great and cant wait to see the completion of the project it is brand new . However the staff could have been much more friendly and the apartments could have been a little larger for the price they are charging great amenities I really hope the cleanliness of the property stay that way and they have events for the residents and make sure you look into high rent increases you would like to keep great residents not scare them away. Also I will the residents be civilized and keep the property beautiful.
