Stay away as fast as you can!
I lived there for more than 2 years, and always paid the rent on time. When I had to move due to job relocation, they didn't say anything when I handled the key to them. About one year later, I found a collection charge on my credit report. When I called them asking what happened, they said I got a discounted rent due to signing a one year lease (but for god's seek, I lived there for more than two years already!), so they charged me $30 extra for each month counting from day one when I moved in! Besides that, I also lost 23 days of last month's rent (I moved out on the 7th of the month, and the rent was already paid for that month) plus my deposit. They reported the extra charges to credit bureau without even sending me a bill to pay first or getting a judgement from court. Stay away!
