Lived here 2 years, the buildings have no insulation and single pane windows so heating and cooling is very expensive. My lease renewal did in fine print say subject to change without notice?! In 2 years my rent went from 960 to 1075 and a water bill. They have amenities that include community garden that will hold about 5 people, 2 grills and a dog park with no shade, all this for hundred plus apartments. I also randomly get bills that I owe them more money, $10 here and there when I dispute it, the ever revoling staff in the office is terribly sorry for any inconvenience and I seem to be paid up.
