The walls are very thin can hear everything inside and out and its not insulated. So in the winters is very cold and the summer extremely hot. Which make your utility bill higher and the rent does not same each month. It will go higher and higher and they will not even give you notices at all. Then when you go and talk to management about the increase in rent it. They will talk really fast spinning nothing but lies with a smile. Its a lot of drug transaction on the street and witness people having sex in a car in broad day light. I believe there stealing there renters money with the sudden increase and will advise no one to move there.

the apartment itself are okay very thin walls can hear your neighbors and anyone talking in the hallway. The kitchen is very outdated with old appliances and the building is not properly insulated. So in the winter its cold in the apartment and the summer is extremely hot which make your utility bill higher. And your rent will not stay the same after you sign your lease and they will raise your rent without giving you notices several times. And the management will talk really fast to you trying to explain nothing but lies! Would not recommend these apartment at all
