I have been living here for about a year now and I like it so far besides the occasional weak water pressure.

I've lived at Lakewood Village for 6.5 years. Yes, 6.5 years. It is a perfect location just barely outside the city limits (literally, the sign is right before the driveway) & less than a minute from the highway. It is quiet and clean. I love my vaulted ceilings on the third floor. All I pay for is electric and with my ceilings so high, I figure it'd be expensive to heat/cool. Nope; the past 4 months my electric bill was approximately $35. Included cable and internet is great. And the internet has recently improved in dependability.

The carpet is kind of terrible, but I'm sure they chose it for it's durability and not comfort. I put a few cute area rugs down.

The maintenance guy is nice to my cat.
