Apartments are not well maintained. Lots of rotted wood on the balconies and patios.

I would because the space is wonderful. The office personnel are nice and work with you. I wouldn’t because it is expensive and the water bill is more than a house water bill.

The property used to be well kept. The tenets that are moving in don’t seem to value the property. It has gone down due to certain tenants

These apartments has a lot of services and are affordable.

The AC is really bad, either fails a couple times a summer or it uses a lot of energy to keep running

Nice location but the buildings are getting old. Not maintained properly

It’s just old and very out dated and looks like it’s falling apart. The decks are terrible and the wood is rotted and warped.
