It was a great location and seemingly far removed from the suburban hustle and bustle, yet extremely close to major shopping, restaurants and highways. The community is located in a very pretty wooded area with a nice pond view. The community amenities are superb, much better than many competitors. The apartments themselves are very handsome and very comfortable.

The agent was very friendly and professional. She was very comfortable to be around. She tailored the presentation to me in a general way.

When I first arrived at the clubhouse, I was very impressed with how clean and organized this community was. Everyone was willing to help find my next home if it was there or at another Lincoln Property.

The tour I had was very pleasant. The setting of the property is in a wooded area and very pleasant. The courtyard, pool and club room all enhance the property.

The community was nice enough but the rents seemed high for the age of the community. The fitness area was tiny and dark. Adam was natural and comfortable.

I felt that I was treated as a valued customer for the following reasons. The leasing professional was very friendly and helpful. He made the interaction all about me and my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the apartment I was shown, and the community and it's amenities. He was also able to answer all of my questions. He was a very good listener and empathized with my decision to look at other communities so that I could make an informed decision as to where I wanted to rent. I also felt he was genuinely interested in helping me to select an apartment that met my stated needs and was not solely interested in just renting an apartment.

I was impressed with the property and both leasing agents helped give me this positive impression. They both seemed interested in helping me find what I was specifically looking for in an apartment. They pointed out key features, and when they knew these features interested me they told me they also really liked these options in an apartment. When I declined to rent at the appointment they still went out of their way to assist me by offering to call another property for me. This made me feel they did not just see me as a dollar sign but rather as someone they would like to help in locate the place that was right for me.
