The Bluffs are noisy... STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE PEACE AND QUIET.  Although the apartments look good at first glance, they are built cheap, have virtually no sound insulation between the units, and you can hear your neighbors walk in the room above you.

They 'look' good, and have good amenities, but who really uses a 'theater room' on a regular basis.  I would rather have an apartment that was nicer.

The kitchen cabinets are small, even though it looks like there is plenty of room, there really isn't, and the shower in the master bathroom is tiny.  They give you so much room for the over-sized tub, so it looks good when you tour, but I, like most people, take a shower.

The place is full of 'Therapy' dogs, and their 'Therapy' owners.  The no dogs policy that they mention only applies to the average person, and there are plenty of residents who feel that rules do not apply to them.

Overall, the place is overpriced for what you are getting.  I would not recommend unless you cannot find anything else, and never take any apartment unless it is on the top floor, otherwise you will hear the 'thumping' of your upstairs neighbor all of the time.
